Remote Sales Rep/Hardscape Restoration

The Paver Savers is the Lehigh Valley’s most sought after hardscape restoration company. We are a small family-owned business that values the success of our team members. Over the past 12 years we have marketed a highly successful process of cleaning and sealing concrete pavers in residential settings that is in high demand. Our teams restore existing paver walks, drives, patios and retaining walls to their original luster and transform tired, old hardscapes from awful to awesome at a substantial savings over replacement!

We are seeking a self-reliant, experienced Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners for 45-60 minutes to highlight the benefits of our services and close the sale. Duties will include job site analysis, presenting solutions and creating digital contracts at the time of the initial visit.

To be successful , you will need to have an in depth understanding of the sales process, superb interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn our process and systems. Previous construction or estimating experience is a distinct advantage.

  • Knowledge of the products we use and the services we offer
  • Illustrate the value and benefits of paver restoration
  • Conduct a site analysis to evaluate the appropriate services needed
  • Communicate the process and performance expectations to the homeowner
  • Prepare and present a contract for the work to be performed at the time of initial visit
  • Answer questions related to services, quotes, schedule and payment terms
  • Communicate status of appointments, quotes and jobs sold to the office
  • Prepare a sketch of the work area and field notes for the restoration team
  • Be available to answer questions from crews during work hours
  • Stay informed of appointment and work schedules
  • Maintain a remote copy of the client records
  • Build relationships with existing clients
  • Confidently and professionally represent the “brand” at all times
  • Meet with the management team as necessary
