FULL TIME POSITION. 40hrs+/week
We are seeking reliable crew members to join our paver restoration team. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Become a Hardscape Restoration expert!
Previous construction/landscaping/hardscaping experience would be beneficial but we will train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Arrive everyday on time, in uniform and ready to start loading supplies.
- We work in the Lehigh Valley & Poconos area so you will be traveling to various jobsites throughout the week.
- Review job details and follow project instructions.
- Daily job tasks will include making repairs, pressure washing, installing joint sand and sealing paver hardscapes.
- Working overtime will be necessary to complete projects as needed.
- Follow and practice all health and safety guidelines.
- Track job time and materials
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Communicate with clients and respect their property
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age
- Lift 55lbs+
- Kneel for long periods of time
- Be able to use equipment such as pressure washers tampers & power tools
- Must be able to carefully handle all products used on jobs including but not limited to bleach chemicals, polymeric joint sand and solvent/water based sealers.
- Be able to work in ALL weather conditions (I.E. rain or extreme heat)
- Have a good attitude and work in a team setting
- Attention to detail and time management
- Overtime & occasional Saturdays.

*Experience driving a truck & enclosed trailer is a plus.
