The work involves supervising outdoor crews that restore pavers including repairs, pressure-washing, stain removal, sand installation, and sealing. Construction experience and knowledge of paver installation is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all technician crews and their equipment
- Monitor and update performance guidelines for field crews
- Assist crews occasionally to complete their work
- Conduct site visits, review job records and rate performance of all projects
- Establish and maintain a consistent quality of workmanship and professionalism
- Conduct training sessions and safety meetings
- Ensure that all crews are working safely and properly utilize safety equipment
- Proven proficiencies in all phases of the restoration process
- Assist crew leaders with any job site issues or problems that arise
- Formulate and monitor any corrective actions
- Maintain proper inventory levels of products and supplies
- Conduct interviews of prospective crew candidates and make hiring decisions
- Assist in training and conducting performance reviews
- Communicate with Owner and Administrator regularly
- Other duties as needed or required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Upbeat attitude and work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Can work independently
- Takes pride in workmanship and the completed job
- Perform work in a professional manner and uphold the company’s core values
- Follow all site health and safety regulations.
- Able to work some late days/occasional Saturdays
