Are you an inspired team leader? We are seeking a motivated crew leader to join our dynamic family-owned company. The job involves working alongside and supervising a crew restoring pavers including repairs, pressure-washing, stain removal, sand installation, and sealing. A strong work ethic, diligence and a passion to appreciate a job well done is essential. Come lead your team!
Construction experience and knowledge of paver installation is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Leading and assisting crew to perform job tasks per the work order
- Lay out, plan and execute all aspects of repair and restoration
- Install new pavers or other hardscape materials
- Assure that all tools and materials required to complete project are loaded
- Ensure that all crew techs perform work safely and utilize safety equipment
- Document project time, materials, notes daily
- Communicate with Supervisor and Administrator regarding all aspects of project
- Maintain all equipment, tools, trucks and trailers you are assigned
- Ensure a consistent quality of workmanship and professionalism
- Assist in training of other crew members assigned to your team
- Communicate specific instructions and information to client as needed
- Respect and always protect client’s property
- Other duties as needed or required.
Requirements
- Proven proficiencies in all phases of the restoration process
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Upbeat attitude and work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Takes pride in workmanship and the completed job well done
- Perform work in a professional manner and uphold the company’s core values
- Follow all site health and safety regulations.
- Able to work some late days/occasional Saturday
