The Paver Savers is a dynamic family-owned business looking to fill a part-time clerical support position to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Track, record & enter job data
- Manage paper & digital customer files
- Prepare folders & paperwork for jobs
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Any other additional office support tasks
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Have experience in data entry and filing
- Must be highly organized & detail-oriented
- Be able to learn and operate in CRM software
- Is reliable
- Takes initiative
