Responsibilities

  • Track, record & enter job data 
  • Manage paper & digital customer files
  • Prepare folders & paperwork for jobs
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Any other additional office support tasks

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Excel. 
  • Have experience in data entry and filing 
  • Must be highly organized & detail-oriented
  • Be able to learn and operate in CRM software
  • Is reliable
  • Takes initiative
